Steve responded quickly to my enquiry, was able to do the job within a couple of days, arrived exactly on time and came back again the next day with solutions for a very tricky antenna. Steve wall mounted 2 TV’s for me, not a cable left to be seen and sorted out the aerial issues as well. Everything was cleaned up and taken away – thanks Steve, you did an amazing job.

Our wifi/ TV/PVR/ BLURAY/ Surround Sound had at least 3 remotes, five if you include the Apple TV. He has combined them all into one universal remote – Magic! No more squabbles. He tweaked the sound system which made dialogue much clearer as well as optimising both HD surround sound and picture. He arrived on time and was very patient in making sure we knew how to operate the system. Highly recommend him! He discovered our internet connection was not running at full capacity and fixed that too!

When we contacted Steve, we had a problem with the signal of our external TV antenna. Initially, Steve tried to solve the problem with us by the phone without costs. And, after explaining the problem and realizing that we could not solve the problem by ourselves, he explaining clearly his costs for different situations. When he arrived, on time, he started to check the TV signal in all points and understand the system globally before taking decisions. It was great to see his professional way to hear our suggestions and think on the solutions for the problem minimizing the costs and optimizing alternatives, asking us to help him when possible to avoid extra and unnecessary costs. Had Steve wall mount a couple of TV’s for us, relocate the antenna + Foxtel and wall mount a soundbar. From the moment I called Steve struck me as a great communicator, always happy to answer any questions I had. He did a fantastic job with both TV’s one of which had been stuffed up previously by a different company. He didn’t stop for a break and was efficient and skilled. I would thoroughly recommend Steve for any Home Theatre work you may need.

I happened to obtain Steve’s services by chance, who was installing some audio visual equipment in another adjoining residential apartment. From the outset Steve was approachable and eager to assist me with my T.V aerial installation request. I was impressed that Steve was able to attend at my premises the following day. Again, during the installation Steve was able to keep me informed of what my particular task involved. During the discussion with Steve, I was more than aware of the high degree of difficulty to install the aerial point. I am of the opinion other similar company’s wouldn’t have been able to complete the task, or if they did, I would have been charged an exorbitant premium rate service. I was genuinely amazed how Steve was able to man oeuvre not only the cabling, but himself in such a confined and obstructive space. Needless to say, once the installation was complete the aerial point operates perfectly. The entire time I communicated with Steve, I found him very friendly and confident in his abilities and skills. I would thoroughly recommend Steve to anyone requiring audio visual assistance. If I require any future service, I will without hesitation engage Steve to complete the task.
